Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Dishwasher / Food Preparation Worker to join our team in the hospitality industry. This role is essential in ensuring that our kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently, contributing to the overall customer experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety. Duties Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, chopping, and measuring food items. Wash and clean all dishes, pots, and pans on a daily basis Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Handle food products safely and responsibly, following proper food handling procedures. Keep dish area and all areas properly cleaned, organized and sanitized. Requirements Previous experience in food preparation or a related role is preferred but not required. Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations is essential. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards helping others in the kitchen. Flexibility to work various shifts, report on time for each shift Wednesday through Sunday 11:30am-6:30pm. A passion for hospitality and providing exceptional service to guests.
