Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Dishwasher, where you'll play a vital role in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will ensure that dishes, cookware, and utensils are spotless and ready for use, supporting the overall flow of food service operations. Duties Efficiently wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment or manual methods. Maintain cleanliness of the dish area, including sinks, counters, and storage spaces. Assist with food preparation tasks such as bussing tables and organizing supplies when needed. Support catering and banquet events by ensuring all serving ware is clean and ready for service. Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene standards are met at all times. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of clean dishes to various stations. Adhere to health and safety regulations to promote a safe working environment for all team members. Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Familiarity with kitchen cleaning protocols and food handling standards is a plus. Experience with banquet or catering operations enhances your ability to support large-scale events effectively. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks efficiently. Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting busy kitchen operations.
