Duties Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment promptly to keep the kitchen flowing seamlessly Assist with basic food preparation tasks and support culinary staff during busy service times Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas, including floors, counters, sinks, and storage spaces Support catering and banquet setups by ensuring all serving ware and utensils are spotless and ready for use Follow food handling safety protocols to uphold health standards and prevent contamination Help with bussing tables and clearing dining areas during service to ensure a clean and welcoming environment Collaborate with kitchen staff to support food service operations and ensure timely delivery of orders Skills Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and hygiene standards Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality Experience or familiarity with food handling, cleaning procedures, and basic food prep is a plus Prior restaurant or hospitality experience is highly desirable, especially in catering or banquet settings Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude and willingness to support others Knowledge of food service operations, including bussing and serving techniques Basic understanding of kitchen safety practices and sanitation regulations Embark on a rewarding journey in the hospitality industry!
