  • Location:
    Santa Fe, NM Part-Time Starting at $19.00 an hour (DOE
  • Depending on experience) Your Role as a Line Cook you will do, (however not limited to): Responsible for ensuring all meals are prepped, cooked, and served in a timely manner.
Responsible for tracking and logging food temperatures and follow HACCP guidelines for food safety. Works as a team player and steps in where needed in the kitchen. Sets up stations, ensuring they have all the necessary tools and pre-measured ingredients. Keeps their station clean and sanitized. Breaks down stations and ensures items are ready for the next shift and day. Your Role as a
Dishwasher:
Washing and sanitizing work areas, dishes, by scraping, rinsing, washing plates, glassware, by hand and or using commercial machines Reporting kitchen accidents or violations of food safety codes and procedures Taking out the trash Cleaning the kitchen Helping clean out other areas as needed Other duties as assigned.
