Job Description

Taos Mesa Brewing Taproom is looking for an exceptional dishwsher who is a cut above the rest. We usually start dishwashers at $15 but would be willing to start the right individual at $16 plus in incentive bonus if the employee meets monthly performance criteria. We are looking for an employee who is dependable, reliable, has a strong work ethic and an eye for detail. This employee

MUST HAVE WORK REFERENCE

(S) who i can call, a working phone and a rock solid transportation plan for getting to or from work. Experience working in a kitchen preferred. This is a job with the possibility for advancement for the right, hard working individual. Again, we are looking for an above average applicant. You must have good social skills and be able to get along with people as we have a large, diverse staff . We are not interested in druggies, drunks or people with behavioral issues. Even though this is part time, there is the potential for it to evolve into full time and we would really like to find a dynamic person who could grow with the company.
