Henderson Location Pay:

$15/hour + tips (average $2-$3/hour) Stephano's Greek & Mediterranean Grill is looking for a reliable Dishwasher / Prep Team Member to support our kitchen operations. This role is essential to keeping the kitchen clean, organized, and running efficiently during service.

Responsibilities:

Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment quickly and thoroughly Keep dish area clean, organized, and stocked at all times Assist with basic food prep (cutting, portioning, restocking) Receive and properly put away deliveries (Sysco and other vendors) Check product quality when receiving deliveries (temperature, freshness, accuracy) Maintain cleanliness of prep areas, sinks, and storage spaces Take out trash and keep back-of-house areas clean Support the kitchen team wherever needed during shifts

Requirements:

Strong work ethic and sense of urgency Ability to stay organized and keep up in a fast-paced environment Willingness to help the team and take direction Dependable and consistent attendance Food Handler Card required
