Responsibilities Efficiently wash dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment to uphold hygiene standards Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, portioning, and organizing ingredients for service Support catering and banquet setups by cleaning and arranging serving ware and equipment Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations, dining areas, and food prep zones through regular cleaning and sanitizing Buss tables promptly during service to ensure a welcoming environment for guests Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and compliance with health regulations Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during busy meal periods and special events Experience Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality environments is preferred but not required Familiarity with basic kitchen operations such as cleaning, food prep, or bussing enhances your effectiveness in this role Experience working at hotels or in catering or banquet settings is a plus Knowledge of food handling safety standards and sanitation practices is beneficial Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude are essential for thriving in a fast-paced environment This position offers an engaging opportunity to develop foundational culinary skills while supporting a lively hospitality team.
