Duties Wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment efficiently to ensure cleanliness and readiness for use Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, assembling ingredients, and portioning to support kitchen operations Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen surfaces, floors, and dining areas in accordance with health and safety standards Support catering and banquet setups by organizing supplies and ensuring timely delivery of prepared food items Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and sanitation guidelines Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth coordination between food prep, dishwashing, and serving functions Skills Previous experience in food service, restaurant, hotel, or catering environments is highly desirable Knowledge of food handling safety standards and sanitation practices Ability to perform cleaning duties efficiently while maintaining attention to detail Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a busy setting Excellent teamwork and communication skills to coordinate with cooks, servers, and management Basic culinary skills such as food preparation or cooking are a plus Willingness to learn new techniques related to dishwashing, food prep, and hospitality operations This role is paid and offers a fantastic entry point into the hospitality industry.
