Duties Efficiently wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, glasses, utensils, pots, and pans to uphold health standards. Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping ingredients or assembling simple dishes when needed. Support bussing duties by clearing tables promptly and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas. Handle food handling responsibilities following safety protocols to ensure quality and hygiene. Contribute to banquet and catering setups by providing clean dishware and assisting with cleanup after events. Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, sinks, floors, and workstations throughout your shift. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy hours and special events. Skills Strong understanding of food service operations with experience in restaurant or hotel environments preferred. Knowledge of food handling safety standards and sanitation procedures. Ability to perform cleaning duties efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Experience in food preparation, catering, or banquet settings is a plus. Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to support kitchen staff during peak times. Basic culinary knowledge including cooking techniques and food safety practices.
