Greek Peak Mountain Resort is seeking a Dish Machine Operator to ensure our food & beverage operations stay clean, efficient, and organized. What You'll Do Dishwashing & Sanitation:

Operate an automated dishwasher or manually wash and sanitize dishes, silverware, pots, and pans. Follow proper procedures for handling and storing both dirty and clean items. Maintain an organized, clean, and safe dishwashing station. Comply with food safety and sanitation regulations at all times. ️

Kitchen & Team Support:

Assist with cleaning kitchen areas and food prep tasks as assigned by management. Help transport clean dishware to appropriate areas for use by kitchen and waitstaff. Attend team meetings and training sessions to stay up to date on best practices. Provide assistance to other resort departments as needed.

Able to follow procedures and maintain high sanitation standards.

Physically Capable:

Able to stand for long periods and lift/move up to 50 lbs.
