LINE COOK / PREP COOK/DISHWASHERS

•20/hour, based on experience Italian Village is a family-owned restaurant that has been serving the community for over 50 years. We are looking for an experienced Line Cook / Prep Cook to join our long-standing kitchen team. We are a traditional, hands-on restaurant kitchen. We believe in showing up, working hard, helping each other, and taking pride in the food we serve. This is a family environment where dependable people who know how to work in a kitchen are valued. Responsibilities Complete daily prep and prepare ingredients for service Set up and maintain an organized workstation Execute menu items consistently and according to established recipes Assist on the line during service Follow proper portioning, labeling, rotation, storage, and sanitation procedures Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, prep area, coolers, and workstations Work efficiently and communicate with the rest of the kitchen team Assist wherever needed to keep service running smoothly What We're Looking For Previous professional kitchen experience is required Solid knife, prep, and basic line-cooking skills Dependable and punctual Strong work ethic and sense of urgency Able to take direction and work as part of a team Comfortable in a traditional, fast-paced restaurant kitchen Nights and weekends required based on scheduling We're looking for someone who wants to come to work, be part of the team, and take pride in doing the job right.
