Support banquet and catering events by providing timely bussing and cleaning services to ensure event success. Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth flow of food service operations. Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to uphold health standards in food handling and cleaning processes. Experience Previous restaurant experience or hospitality background is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn! Experience with food preparation, bussing, or catering enhances your ability to excel in this role. Familiarity with kitchen or hotel environments is a plus, especially if you have worked in food service or culinary settings. Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment is essential.
