Overview Join our dynamic team as a Cleaner/Dishwasher and be a vital part of creating a welcoming, spotless environment for our guests and staff. Responsibilities Efficiently wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to uphold health and safety standards Assist with basic food preparation tasks, including ingredient handling and setup for meal service or catering events Support bussing duties by clearing tables promptly and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas Contribute to food service operations by helping with light food prep and ensuring smooth kitchen workflow Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, dining areas, and restrooms through regular cleaning routines Support banquet and catering setups by ensuring all serving ware is clean and ready for use Follow all food handling safety protocols to ensure compliance with health regulations Skills Previous experience in restaurant, hotel, or catering environments is highly desirable Knowledge of food handling procedures and sanitation standards Ability to perform cleaning tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail Experience with food preparation, serving, or bussing enhances your versatility in the role Strong teamwork skills to support kitchen staff, servers, and event setups Familiarity with culinary or kitchen experience is a plus but not required Excellent time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities quickly and effectively Join us in delivering exceptional hospitality by keeping our facilities spotless and supporting our culinary teams.
