Duties Wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment promptly to ensure smooth kitchen operations Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, assembling ingredients, and portioning food items Help with catering setups, food staging, and event support as needed Follow proper food handling and safety procedures to uphold health standards Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations, storage areas, smokers and dining spaces through regular cleaning Collaborate with kitchen staff and servers to ensure timely service delivery during busy hours Qualifications Previous restaurant, hotel, or food service experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key! Knowledge of basic food handling and safety protocols Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and bending Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and detail-oriented work ethic Experience with bussing, food prep, or catering is a plus but not mandatory—training will be provided!
