Job Description

Job Overview This is a position for Dishwasher/Food Prep professionals, where your energy and attention to detail will play a vital role of kitchen operations, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and efficient food preparation. Your enthusiasm for cleanliness and hospitality will help create a welcoming environment for both guests and team members alike. All shifts are solo meaning no other workers on site while working. Duties Maintain cleanliness by washing dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment promptly and thoroughly to uphold health standards. Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, assembling ingredients, and portioning to support chefs and kitchen staff. Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene in all aspects of food prep and service. Contribute to the overall cleanliness of the kitchen by sweeping, mopping, sanitizing surfaces, and waste disposal. Experience Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for food service is essential. Familiarity with food handling safety standards and sanitation practices is a plus. Experience in catering or banquet settings can be advantageous for supporting large events. Basic culinary skills such as food prep or cooking are beneficial but training will be provided for motivated candidates. Strong teamwork skills with the ability to follow instructions accurately in fast-paced environments. Prior experience in hospitality or food service establishments enhances your ability to excel in this role.
