This role is essential to maintaining a clean, sanitary, and welcoming environment for members, guests, and staff. Responsibilities include dishwashing and general cleaning. Duties Wash, sanitize, and properly store dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment Operate and maintain dishwashing equipment; report malfunctions as needed Keep dishwashing and kitchen areas clean, organized, and compliant with health regulations Maintain cleanliness of public and staff restrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, floors, and restocking supplies Sweep, mop, and sanitize floors in kitchen, service areas, and restrooms Empty trash and recycling throughout the club and ensure proper disposal Clean and disinfect high‑touch surfaces such as door handles, counters, and railings Support overall cleanliness and presentation of the club Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
