Your proactive approach will help support our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences while fostering a positive and organized workspace. Duties Operate dishwashing machines and manual cleaning stations to efficiently clean all kitchenware, utensils, and cookware. Sort and organize dishes and kitchen tools for proper cleaning and storage. Ensure all items are sanitized according to health and safety regulations before returning them to service. Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, including floors, sinks, and surrounding surfaces. Assist with waste disposal and recycling processes to promote an environmentally friendly kitchen. Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and notify management when supplies need replenishing. Support the kitchen team with light prep work or other duties as needed during busy periods. Qualifications Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks with energy and efficiency. Strong attention to detail to ensure all items are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. Good organizational skills to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while maintaining a positive attitude. Prior experience in a commercial kitchen or food service environment is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
