We are looking for an experienced Kitchen Manager / Lead Line Cook who is passionate about culinary excellence, thrives in a high-energy kitchen, and is ready to take the next step into a leadership role within a respected and growing restaurant group—home to The Farm Italy, Besito Mexican, and The Shed. This position is ideal for a strong line cook ready to grow into kitchen leadership or an experienced kitchen leader looking to join a passionate and professional culinary team.

What You'll Do:

Work directly with our Executive Chef and culinary leadership team to ensure smooth kitchen operations and consistent daily execution. Lead by example during service while maintaining high culinary and organizational standards. Support kitchen management with prep execution, station organization, staffing communication, and daily service flow. Prepare and plate dishes with precision, speed, and consistency—always to The Farm Italy's standards. Help oversee cleanliness, food safety, and Health Department compliance throughout the kitchen. Assist with opening and closing procedures, inventory organization, and kitchen readiness. Safely and properly operate kitchen equipment. Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, professionalism, and respect in the kitchen.

What We're Looking For:

3+ years of experience in a professional kitchen leadership or lead line cook role. Strong understanding of cooking techniques, kitchen systems, and food safety standards. Excellent knife skills and ability to lead calmly and efficiently under pressure. Strong communication and organizational skills. A natural sense of urgency, accountability, and attention to detail. Ability to motivate and support team members while maintaining standards during high-volume service. Availability to work full-time with a mix of day/night and weekend shifts. Upscale casual or fine dining experience preferred. Leadership experience is a major plus!
