Duties Clear and reset tables efficiently to maintain a clean and inviting dining area Wash dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using proper food handling and cleaning techniques Assist with food preparation tasks such as plating or organizing ingredients when needed Support bussing duties by removing trash, sweeping floors, and maintaining overall cleanliness of service areas Help with catering events or banquet setups by organizing supplies and ensuring timely cleanup Follow health and safety standards to uphold sanitation regulations in all food handling activities Collaborate with kitchen staff and servers to ensure seamless service delivery during busy hours Skills Strong knowledge of food handling, cleaning procedures, and sanitation standards Experience with bussing, food preparation, or restaurant service is highly desirable Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments such as hotels, restaurants, or catering events Basic culinary skills including cooking assistance or banquet experience preferred Excellent teamwork and communication skills to coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house staff Flexibility to adapt to different roles within the hospitality setting as needed Enthusiasm for hospitality service with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
