Dishwasher/Cleaning

Overview We are on the lookout for a reliable and proactive Dishwasher/Cleaning team member to keep our kitchen and dining areas spotless and running smoothly. In this role, you'll be, ensuring all dishes, utensils, and kitchen spaces are clean, sanitized, and ready for use. Your attention to detail and enthusiasm for maintaining a clean environment will help us deliver top-notch hospitality experiences. Duties Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment efficiently to meet health standards. Maintain cleanliness in all food preparation and service areas, including floors, counters, bathrooms and storage spaces. Support food service staff by bussing tables and assisting with basic food handling tasks when needed. Assist with light food preparation tasks such as organizing supplies or prepping ingredients under supervision. Ensure proper disposal of waste and recycling materials in accordance with safety guidelines. Follow all safety protocols related to cleaning chemicals and equipment usage to keep the environment safe for everyone. Help prepare banquet or catering setups by cleaning serving ware and maintaining hygiene standards during events. Requirements Prior experience in food service, hospitality, or hotel environments is a plus but not mandatory. Knowledge of cleaning procedures, food handling safety standards, and sanitation practices. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail. Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting colleagues across various roles. Good physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads when necessary. Willingness to learn about food preparation, catering support, and kitchen operations as part of your growth within the team.
