Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment are sanitized and ready for use. Duties Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including sweeping and mopping floors, wiping down surfaces, and disposing of waste. Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including chopping vegetables and assembling ingredients for meals. Ensure that all kitchen equipment is cleaned and stored properly after use. Skills Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel environment is preferred. Familiarity with food preparation techniques and culinary practices is a plus. Strong cleaning skills with attention to detail in maintaining hygiene standards. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
