Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking Lead Line Cooks / Prep / Dishwasher. This multifaceted role is perfect for someone with knowledge about food preparation, kitchen operations, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety. As part of our kitchen staff, you will lead food prep activities, assist with cooking and plating, and ensure the dishwashing station runs smoothly. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your culinary expertise while supporting the overall experience for our customers. Duties food preparation by organizing ingredients, setting up stations, and timely service Ordering, prepping and maintaining consistency and quality Oversee dishwashing operations. Maintain strict adherence to food safety protocols, including proper handling, storage, and sanitation practices Collaborate with team members to uphold a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment Requirements 3-5 years experience Background in food preparation, cooking, and food handling Knowledge of food safety standards and proper sanitation procedures Work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant experience preferred
