Overview Join our dynamic culinary team as a Dishwasher/Prep! Duties Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment promptly and thoroughly to uphold health and safety standards Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables, assembling ingredients, and portioning supplies under supervision Maintain cleanliness in the dishwashing area and kitchen stations by regularly sanitizing surfaces and organizing supplies Support the kitchen team by restocking supplies and ensuring all items are readily available for service Follow proper waste disposal procedures and ensure recycling protocols are adhered to consistently Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and notify management when replenishments are needed Adhere to all safety guidelines and sanitation regulations to create a safe working environment for everyone Experience Previous experience in a fast-paced food service or hospitality environment is a plus but not required; we value enthusiasm and willingness to learn Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work efficiently under pressure Strong attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness and organization Good communication skills and a positive attitude that fosters teamwork Basic knowledge of food safety standards is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided Join us as a Dishwasher/Prep and be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering exceptional dining experiences!
