Our back-of-house team works under the leadership of Executive Chef Jeremiah Shoemaker, who is dedicated to fostering creativity, precision, and teamwork in the kitchen. About the Roles Execute dishes with precision and consistency, following Goosefeather's standards. Maintain a clean, organized station throughout service. Communicate clearly with fellow cooks and FOH staff. Participate in prep, service, and breakdown. Follow all food safety and sanitation protocols. Qualifications Strong work ethic and reliability. Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team. Comfortable in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to stand for long periods, bend, reach, and lift up to 30 lbs. Fluency in spoken and written English is helpful but not required. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts. Comfortable with frequent bending, reaching, and carrying. Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds as needed.
