Job Description

Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Busser/Dishwasher, where your energy and attention to detail will help create a seamless dining experience for our guests. In this vital role, you will support the front-of-house and back-of-house operations by maintaining a clean, organized environment and assisting with food service and preparation. Your enthusiasm and dedication will contribute to a welcoming atmosphere that keeps our guests coming back! This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop foundational skills in food service, catering, and hospitality while working in a lively, team-oriented environment. Duties Clear and reset tables promptly to ensure quick turnaround for incoming guests Assist servers by bussing tables, refilling water glasses, and delivering utensils or condiments as needed Wash dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans efficiently while adhering to food safety standards Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas through regular sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces Support food preparation tasks such as assembling ingredients or organizing supplies for catering events or banquet functions Help with food handling activities following proper hygiene protocols to ensure safety and quality Assist with catering setups and breakdowns for special events or banquets, ensuring all items are properly arranged and stored Skills Experience in bussing tables and supporting food service operations in restaurants or hospitality settings Knowledge of cleaning procedures and food handling safety standards Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments during busy service times Basic understanding of kitchen activities including dishwashing, food prep, and sanitation practices Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward assisting colleagues across front-of-house and back-of-house roles Previous banquet or catering experience is a plus but not required—willingness to learn is essential Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and management This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to gain hands-on experience in the hospitality industry.
