RESPONSIBILITIES

Operate commercial dishwashing equipment, dish tanks, tunnel washers, rack washers, and warewashing systems. Clean bakery racks, carts, trays, pans, tubs, utensils, containers, and food production equipment. Load and unload commercial dish machines and rack washing systems. Remove dough, glaze, icing, frosting, oils, and food residue from production equipment. Perform dish room, kitchen utility, sanitation, and cleaning duties. Clean floors, walls, drains, vents, and production areas. Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain work areas. Follow food safety, GMP, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures. Support bakery production by ensuring equipment is cleaned, sanitized, and production-ready. Work safely around hot water, cleaning chemicals, and sanitation equipment.

QUALIFICATIONS

Previous experience as a dishwasher, dish tank operator, dish room attendant, kitchen steward, utility worker, food service worker, sanitation worker, restaurant dishwasher, catering dishwasher, stewarding associate, or commercial cleaner preferred. Experience in restaurants, bakeries, food manufacturing, catering, hospitality, warehouses, hospitals, or commercial kitchens is a plus.
