Responsibilities Thoroughly wash dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment using proper dishwashing techniques and sanitizing procedures Assist with food preparation tasks such as organizing supplies and handling ingredients safely when needed Support bussing duties by clearing tables and ensuring dining areas are clean and inviting for guests Follow all food safety management protocols to maintain sanitation standards across the kitchen and dining areas Operate kitchen equipment safely, including dishwashers, sinks, and other cleaning tools Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of large pots or crates of supplies with proper technique to prevent injury Maintain a clean and organized work environment by adhering to sanitation and kitchen health standards Experience Previous food service experience or restaurant background is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn Familiarity with food handling, sanitation procedures, and basic kitchen operations is advantageous Experience in catering, hotel service, or banquet settings can be beneficial but is not mandatory Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for long periods, lifting heavy items safely, and working in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices ensures compliance with health regulations Join us as a Dishwasher to kick-start your career in hospitality!
