Duties Efficiently wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment to meet health and safety standards Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as peeling, chopping, or portioning ingredients under supervision Support catering and banquet events by ensuring all serving ware is clean and ready for use Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, including sinks, counters, and storage spaces Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely turnover of dishes during busy service periods Follow proper food handling procedures to prevent contamination and ensure hygiene compliance Assist with general cleaning duties around the kitchen and dining areas as needed Skills Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key!
