In this fast-paced role, you will ensure the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen and dining areas, support food service operations, and help maintain a welcoming environment for our guests. Your enthusiasm and teamwork will contribute to the smooth flow of service and uphold our high standards of cleanliness and hospitality. Duties Efficiently wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to ensure a hygienic environment. Clear and reset tables promptly, assisting servers with bussing duties to maintain a clean and inviting dining space. Support food preparation tasks as needed, including basic ingredient handling and station setup. Assist with catering and banquet setups by transporting supplies, clearing service areas, and ensuring timely readiness of event spaces. Maintain cleanliness in all service areas by sweeping, mopping, trash disposal, and overall sanitation duties. Collaborate with kitchen staff to support food handling procedures and uphold safety standards. Follow all health and safety regulations diligently to ensure a safe environment for staff and guests. Skills Strong ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards supporting colleagues across food service operations. Knowledge of food handling safety practices and sanitation procedures. Experience with bussing, cleaning, or supporting food preparation in restaurant, hotel, or catering settings preferred. Ability to follow instructions carefully and prioritize tasks effectively during busy service times. Familiarity with basic kitchen equipment operation is a plus. Passion for hospitality with a desire to learn about culinary processes and enhance guest experiences.
