Job Summary We are looking for a reliable, hard-working Dishwasher to join our Back of House team. You are the engine that keeps the restaurant running—ensuring our chefs have clean tools and our guests have spotless plateware. This is a fast-paced role perfect for someone who takes pride in a clean workspace and isn't afraid to jump in where needed.

Key Responsibilities Dish Operations:

Load, run, and unload the dish machine while monitoring water temperatures and chemical levels to ensure 100% sanitation.

Hand Washing:

Carefully wash large pots, pans, and delicate kitchen tools that cannot go through the machine.

Organization:

Sort and stack clean dishes in their proper storage areas so the line stays stocked during peak rushes.

Kitchen Maintenance:

Maintain a clean and dry floor in the dish pit; assist with trash removal and recycling throughout the shift.

Utility Support:

Assist with basic food prep (chopping, portioning) and general cleaning tasks as requested by the Kitchen Manager.

Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs (bags of ice, crates of dishes, trash).
