Duties Operate commercial dishwashing equipment to thoroughly clean dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans following food safety sanitizing procedures. Bypass or sort dirty dishes and organize clean items for storage or use in food service. Follow strict sanitation protocols to maintain kitchen health and safety standards at all times. Handle manual lifting of heavy pots, pans, and large quantities of dishware safely and correctly. Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, including sinks, counters, and surrounding floors. Experience Previous experience in a food service environment or restaurant setting is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Familiarity with food safety management practices and sanitation procedures is advantageous. Basic knowledge of operating kitchen equipment such as commercial dishwashers is a plus. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and sustain physical activity during busy shifts.

Pay:
