Join the Big Ed's Soda Grill Team! We're Hiring Fountain/Bussers & Dishwashers. Big Ed's Soda Grill is looking for friendly, hardworking, and dependable team members to join our crew! Whether you're keeping the kitchen running smoothly or serving our guests with a smile, we'd love to meet you! What We're Looking For Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Dependable, self-motivated, and eager to learn. Ability to work well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Available for part-time shifts. Availability between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM on weekdays during the fall/school year is required (it does not need to be every weekday). Fountain/Busser is a tipped position. Pay includes an hourly wage ($9-$12) plus tips. While we do offer flexible scheduling, availability on nights and weekends is required. Fountain/Busser Responsibilities Greet guests with a friendly attitude and provide excellent customer service. Prepare ice cream treats, fountain drinks, milkshakes, sundaes, floats, and other menu items. Deliver food to tables and assist guests as needed. Bus and clean tables promptly to keep the dining room looking its best. Help maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked front-of-house area. Assist teammates wherever needed to ensure smooth service. Server opportunities may be available to right candidate. Dishwasher Responsibilities Wash dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment efficiently. Keep the dish area clean, organized, and stocked throughout the shift. Assist with cleaning duties throughout the restaurant. Take out trash and help maintain a clean and sanitary work environment. Work closely with the kitchen team to keep operations running smoothly. Follow all food safety and sanitation standards. Skills & Requirements Restaurant experience is helpful but not required. We're happy to train the right person. Strong attention to detail and willingness to work hard. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Ability to stay organized and work efficiently during busy periods. Able to stand and walk for up to 7 hours per shift and lift up to 40 lbs.
