Duties Efficiently wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment to meet health and safety standards Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, peeling, or assembling ingredients as directed by chefs or kitchen managers Support catering and banquet events by ensuring all serving ware is clean and ready for use Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area by organizing supplies and disposing of waste properly Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of clean dishes during busy service hours Follow food handling protocols to prevent cross-contamination and ensure safe food practices Uphold high standards of cleanliness in all areas of the kitchen and dining environment Experience Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments is preferred but not required; on-the-job training will be provided Familiarity with basic kitchen operations such as bussing tables or assisting with food prep is a plus Experience working in banquet settings or catering events can be advantageous Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks including lifting heavy items safely Knowledge of cleaning procedures, food handling safety standards, and sanitation practices is beneficial Embark on a rewarding journey in the hospitality industry by applying your energy and attention to detail as a Dishwasher.
