Provides dishwashing and kitchen sanitation support during dinner service and closing operations.
Essential Duties:
Clean dishes, glassware, cookware, and utensils. Operate commercial dish machine. Maintain clean and organized kitchen work areas. Assist kitchen staff with cleanup throughout service. Remove trash and clean floors. Complete end-of-shift kitchen cleaning duties. Follow food safety and sanitation requirements.
Physical Requirements:
Stand for extended periods. Lift up to 50 pounds. Work around heat, steam, and cleaning chemicals.
Schedule:
Day and Evening Shift available Thursday through Monday
