Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Food Preparation Worker to join our dynamic team. As a member of our kitchen staff, you will play a vital role in preparing a variety of dishes to our guests. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about food and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist in some food preparation and presentation (some appetizers, salad and desserts) to ensure a high-quality dining experience for our guests.
  • Maintain a clean and organized back of the house environment to meet health and safety standards.
  • Assist with food handling and storage to ensure the freshness and safety of our ingredients.
  • Work closely with the chef and other kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
  • Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment and utensils as needed during the shift.
  • Assist with the shift closing tasks including restocking and prepping, equipment cleaning, floor mopping and equipment and dish washing.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in food preparation or service is highly desirable.
  • Basic knowledge of culinary techniques and food handling practices is required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask as needed.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude are essential.
