Dishwasher Responsibilities:

Assure sanitation and quality standards are met by following cleaning, storage, and food preparation according to policy and procedures, and as directed by Nutrition Services Manager. Clean and sanitize production equipment, work surfaces, service areas, hospitality carts according to the cleaning schedule, policy, and procedures, and as directed by Nutrition Services Manager. Verify and document appropriate temperature and sanitizer level logs for dish washing equipment using approved procedures, notifying supervisor for any incorrect levels. Distribute and store clean items. Empty trash receptacles as required. Maintains work area in a clean and orderly condition.

Job Requirements:

Previous experience preferred. Must have fundamental understanding of sanitation, cleanliness, and personal hygiene. Must be able to tactfully communicate with co-workers, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies and the general public. Must have regular, predictable, and dependable attendance.
