Steward | Bob's Steak and Chop House
Overview:
This team member will wash dishes, pots and pans, mop floors, clean kitchen equipment and ensure there is an adequate supply of clean china, glassware, and silver.Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the proper cleaning, rack and distribution of all china, silver, and glassware.
- Maintains required standards of sanitation and cleanliness.
- Minimize breakage of circulating equipment.
- Follow/enforce company policies and procedures.
- Complete other duties assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Ability to effectively communicate.
- Maintain cleanliness of work area at all times.
- Excellent safety and sanitation skills.
- Create courteous, friendly, professional work environment.
- Must be able to work various shifts, holidays and weekends.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time (at least 8 hours/shift).
- Must be able to lift, push, pull, and carry moderate weight.
- Must be able to walk/stand for extended periods of time, with frequent bending and twisting.
- Must be able to attain a valid Food Handler certification upon hire.
- Must live within 50 miles of the hotel.
