Join the Team at Epworth Villa - Now Hiring a Part-Time Dishwasher Epworth Villa is seeking a dependable Part-Time Dishwasher to support our culinary team. This is an excellent opportunity to learn the inner workings of a professional kitchen and build valuable experience in a supportive, team-oriented environment. Schedule Availability Candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends. Shifts may begin as early as 6:30 AM and end as late as 8:30 PM. Position Summary The Utility Worker plays an essential role in maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen. This position ensures all dishware, utensils, and kitchen equipment are properly cleaned and available for use, while upholding all federal, state, and local sanitation standards. You'll work closely with both kitchen and dining staff to keep operations running smoothly and to support a positive dining experience for our residents. Key Responsibilities Maintain a steady supply of clean dishware, utensils, and glassware for dining service Ensure pots, pans, and kitchen equipment are cleaned and ready for use Clean and sanitize work areas and food preparation equipment Sweep and mop floors; remove trash and maintain overall cleanliness Assist with unloading deliveries and stocking supplies Help organize storage areas, including coolers Monitor and discard spoiled food items as needed Participate in routine deep cleaning tasks Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old Previous experience is helpful but not required Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Commitment to maintaining sanitation and safety standards Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Ability to lift and carry 50-100 pounds Why Join Epworth Villa?
