Job Description
This is an essential role in maintaining a safe and sanitary kitchen environment. The position requires standing for long periods, frequent bending and kneeling, and the ability to lift objects up to 50 lbs. Work may be performed in various settings, including on casino floors with exposure to second-hand smoke and crowd noise. This role requires working varied shifts, including weekends and holidays. High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED), or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have the ability to obtain a food handler's card. Must have the ability to obtain and maintain licensing by the appropriate gaming authority. Maintain cleanliness standards for all kitchen operations, equipment, and tools. Uphold a safe and sanitary work environment at all times. Wash dishes, mop floors, and remove trash from all kitchen areas. Contribute to a fun, friendly, quick, comfortable, clean, and safe environment by promoting the "Big Six" standards.
