Duties Assist in food preparation tasks, including chopping vegetables, preparing ingredients, and assembling dishes. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area by regularly cleaning surfaces, equipment, and utensils. Support cooking staff by performing basic cooking tasks as needed. Bus tables and assist with serving during busy meal periods or special events. Help with catering setups for banquets and events, ensuring all food items are presented attractively. Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene standards are met. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations and timely service delivery. Skills Experience in food service or hospitality settings is preferred, including restaurant or hotel environments. Strong knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations. Ability to perform various kitchen tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and bussing effectively. Previous banquet or catering experience is a plus.
