Dishwasher/Food Prep

Responsibilities Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment promptly to maintain cleanliness standards. Assist in basic food preparation tasks such as chopping, assembling ingredients, and portioning to support chefs and kitchen staff. Help with bussing tables and clearing dining areas to ensure a tidy and welcoming environment for guests. Support catering and banquet events by preparing ingredients and ensuring timely setup of food stations. Follow proper food handling procedures to maintain safety and hygiene throughout all kitchen activities. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, including sweeping, mopping, and waste disposal to uphold health regulations. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy service hours. Requirements Prior experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is key. Knowledge of basic food handling practices and safety regulations. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong organizational skills with an emphasis on cleanliness and sanitation. Good communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and front-of-house staff.
