Duties Efficiently wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment using proper cleaning techniques. Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, including sinks, counters, and storage spaces. Assist with food preparation tasks such as organizing supplies and handling ingredients when needed. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations by following proper sanitation procedures.
