Responsibilites may include light prep work, putting away orders in our coolers, and washing dishes. The ideal candidates will have strong work ethic and will show up to work on time and prepared for their shift. We also love to hire individuals looking to move up in the kitchen. If you have interest in working in a professionally run kitchen, Falcone's is the place for you! Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. Assist in menu planning and development to enhance the dining experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including proper food storage and handling practices. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service. Monitor food quality and presentation before serving to ensure it meets our high standards. Follow all food safety regulations and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Participate in inventory management, including ordering supplies as needed. Train and mentor new kitchen staff on cooking techniques and food safety protocols. Qualifications Proven experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role within the food industry. Dietary department experience or dietary aide experience is preferred but not required. Strong culinary skills with knowledge of fine dining standards and practices. Excellent knife skills and familiarity with various cooking techniques. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Previous restaurant or catering experience is a plus. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling. Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively in a busy kitchen environment.
