Your role as our sanitation specialist at Italian Village Pizza Trattoria is extremely important to our success. You will be trained extensively on how to perform your job. Your speed and efficiency are imperative to the smooth operation of the restaurant and the satisfaction of our guests. You need to be efficient to successfully complete your tasks. Team player:

it takes a team to keep our kitchens moving. Commitment to maintaining a clean and sanitary workstation. Always clean as you go. Load, run and unload dish machine making sure all items are clean and sanitary. Sorts and stacks clean dishes; Carry clean dishes to proper storage areas. Assists in food prep assignments during off-peak periods as needed. Closes the dish area properly and follows the closing checklist. Assists others in closing the kitchen. Performs other related duties as assigned by the Kitchen Manager or manager-on-duty. Fundamentals The ability to operate, maintain and properly clean sanitation equipment is expected. This position requires full mobility and the ability to lift, carry and pulling up to 40 pounds.
