Dishwasher/Food Prep

Dishwasher / Food Prep Team Member Job Overview We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Dishwasher / Food Prep Team Member to join our kitchen staff. This position plays an important role in maintaining a clean, organized kitchen while assisting with basic food preparation to support daily operations. The ideal candidate works well in a fast-paced environment, follows sanitation standards, and has a positive team-oriented attitude. Responsibilities Wash dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans promptly and efficiently Maintain cleanliness and organization of dish area, kitchen, storage areas, and equipment Remove trash and assist with kitchen closing duties Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines Assist kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks including: Cutting and prepping vegetables Portioning ingredients Preparing sauces, salads, and simple menu items Stocking and rotating inventory Keep prep stations fully stocked and clean during shifts Assist with receiving and storing deliveries Support cooks and kitchen staff as needed Qualifications Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs Team player with good communication skills Previous kitchen or restaurant experience is preferred but not required Willingness to learn and follow kitchen procedures Schedule Full-time and part-time positions available Weekend and evening availability preferred Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Flexible scheduling Employee meals/discounts Opportunities for growth and advancement Why Join Our Team?
