Enjoy benefits and opportunities such as: ✅ Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage with competitive premiums ✅ Opportunities for career growth within a supportive and dynamic organization ✅ Generous PTO, plus a special day off to celebrate your birthday ✅ Access to exceptional amenities, including a fitness center, spa, cafés, and swimming pools ✅ Team events, recognition programs, employee discounts, and other exciting perks ✅ A welcoming, inclusive workplace where your contributions are valued every day Pay $15.00/hour+ , based on experience What You'll Do As a Dishwasher, you'll help maintain the cleanliness, organization, and safety of the kitchen, dish room, and market facilities by: Scraping, scrubbing, washing, and sanitizing dishes, pots, pans, trays, silverware, utensils, and other kitchen equipment by hand or using a commercial dish machine according to standard operating procedures Retrieving carts and tubs of soiled tableware and transporting them to the dish room Properly storing clean and sanitized dishware, silverware, and equipment Transporting clean and sanitized tableware and supplies to dining areas Monitoring and recording dish machine temperatures and sanitizer concentrations daily Cleaning the commercial dish machine inside and out each day Maintaining a clean, sanitary, organized, and safe dish room throughout your shift Sweeping and mopping floors in the dish room, kitchen, walk-in refrigerators, storage areas, and dock areas Completing daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning assignments according to cleaning schedules Collecting trash and recyclables and transporting them to designated receptacles Training new dishwashers using established training checklists and expectations Following Willow Valley's HACCP plan and Food Safety policies and procedures Following all safety guidelines while operating equipment and transporting food, supplies, and trash Participating in team meetings, in-services, and training sessions In addition, this position may assist with exterior building cleanliness, dining room and restroom upkeep, trash removal, and other duties assigned by management. What We're Looking For Must be 18 years of age or older No experience required•we will train the right candidate!
