Now Hiring:
Dishwasher/Busser Laskaris Restaurant is looking for a dependable, hardworking, and positive Dishwasher/Busser to join our team! This position is an important part of keeping both our dining room and kitchen clean, organized, and running smoothly. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple responsibilities, and is always willing to help the team wherever needed. What You'll Do Front of House Clear and reset tables promptly after guests leave.
Pre-bus tables during service by removing empty dishes, glasses, and used napkins.
Wipe and sanitize tables between guests.
Help keep the dining room clean, organized, and presentable.
Monitor floors for spills and debris and assist with general dining room upkeep. Back of House Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
Operate the commercial dish machine and three-compartment sink.
Keep clean dishes, pans, and kitchen tools stocked and available for the kitchen team.
Properly organize and store clean dishes and utensils.
Empty trash, recycling, and compost as needed.
Sweep and mop kitchen floors and maintain clean work areas.
Assist with basic kitchen prep and other tasks during slower periods.
