Job Description:

Job Summary:

As a Dishwasher at IHOP, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our kitchen and dining areas, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation for both staff and customers.

Job Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain commercial dishwashing equipment efficiently and safely. Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, pots, pans, and utensils according to health and safety standards. Ensure all kitchenware is properly stored and readily available for use. Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed, such as peeling vegetables or stocking ingredients. Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing area, including floors, sinks, and storage racks. Empty trash receptacles and maintain proper waste disposal procedures. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including food safety and hygiene regulations. Support other kitchen staff as required to ensure overall operational efficiency.

Job Qualifications:

No prior experience required; on-the-job training will be provided. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weight. Good communication and teamwork skills. Must be reliable and punctual.
