We are currently seeking a highly motivated and qualified candidate to fill the role of Logistics Supervisor. This full-time, day shift position is based in Mifflintown, and offers an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to a culture built on quality, integrity, and teamwork. The Engineering Manager plans, organizes and directs engineering to meet company objectives for design, new product development and improvement of existing product lines. Key Responsibilities Support the CARE values of the organization. Lead, mentor, and manage engineering/design staff and drafters Assign workloads and monitor project timelines and deliverables. Establish engineering standards, workflows, and best practices. Oversee creation of detailed cabinet shop drawings and production documentation. Ensure engineering accuracy for custom cabinetry, millwork, and related components. Maintain engineering standards for construction methods, hardware, and materials. Manage and optimize Cabinet Vision software configuration and standards. Collaborate with production teams to improve manufacturability and efficiency. Support CNC programming and machine integration. Resolve engineering-related production issues quickly and effectively. Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience/education combination Advanced proficiency with Cabinet Vision 4 to 6 years of experience in a production environment.
