Job Description
Responsibilities and Duties Washes dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans by hand or using dishwashers. Clean large pots and pans in the sink Cleans sink at the end of each shift or as necessary Maintains work area and equipment Place clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas. Sorts and removes trash and places it in designated pickup areas. Cleans garbage cans. Sweep and/or mop floors in the area Receives and puts away daily deliveries Empties trash cans as needed Maintains various grounds in the restaurant (including but not limited to the parking lot, kitchen, restrooms, & dining area) Complete daily and weekly cleaning projects Other additional tasks management may need assistance with
